Batchelors 2.5kg Curry Sauce Mix will make 12.75 litres of curry sauce.To make 1 litre:Measure out 200g of curry sauce mix. Mix with 1 litre of cold water. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.To use the whole tub:Mix the contents to a smooth paste with 3 litres of cold water. Mix into 9 litres of boiling water. Bring back to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes approximately 12.75 litres OR 22.5 pints.
