At Baxters we pride ourselves on producing the highest quality and best tasting beetroot. Our freshly harvested baby beetroot is the pick of the crop. It's gently steam cooked in small batches and then hand sorted to ensure only the best makes it into our jars. We then pickle in a traditional sweet vinegar made from 100% British barley to ensure a truly delicious taste.
