Itsu Traditional Miso is a smooth, light miso paste crafted in Japan’s Nagano Valley that brings authentic umami and gentle fermentation to any dish. Packaged into 105 g of ready-to-use miso paste (equivalent to five servings), it’s gluten-free, vegan and contains 21 kcal per portion.
